  1. Is the Divashop a retailer website?

    No, The Divashop is the Official store of all Godrej Consumer Products sold in Nigeria. It includes brands like Darling and MegaGrowth that come under the Godrej umbrella.

  2. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa and MasterCard Credit and Debit cards, Bank Transfers, Mobile Money, M-Pesa, Visa QR and USSD on our website. We do not accept Cash on Delivery orders currently.

  3. Do you offer free shipping?

    For Lagos State orders above ₦15000 are eligible for Free Shipping, provided the total cart weight is less than 10 kg, or else Standard Shipping will be charged. For the Rest of Nigeria's states (apart from Lagos) to avail of Free shipping, the cart value should be more than ₦30000 and the total cart weight should be less than 10 kg, or else Standard Shipping will be charged.

  4. How long will it take for order to get delivered?

    Delivery within Lagos takes 1-3 working days while delivery outside Lagos takes 5-7 working days.

  5. My shipping address is outside Lagos. Can I buy online?

    Yes, we service orders outside Lagos. The shipping costs for such orders vary according to the region and will be added to the order cost accordingly.

  6. When will my order be dispatched?

    If your item is In Stock, we can usually ship on the same day for orders placed in the afternoon, and the next day for orders placed during the evening. Our aim is to get your order on board with the courier within two business days of purchase.

  7. How long will it take for my order to get delivered?

    After an order has been dispatched, our aim is to make the delivery within a maximum of 3 working days. Hence, a confirmed order should usually take up to 5 working days in total*.

    *Our shipping provider does not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
    For Lagos - 1 to 3 working days, For outside Lagos - 5 to 7 working days

  8. What shipping provider do you use?

    We use Kwik Delivery to deliver our orders within Lagos. Deliveries outside Lagos is currently 5-7 working days and our courier partner for outside Lagos deliveries is FEDEX.

  9. How much will be the shipping cost?

    Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, based on the dimensions and weight of your shipment, and the shipping address. To find out how much shipping will cost, please add the desired products to your cart and complete the checkout process.

  10. Can I purchase from outside Nigeria?

    We regret to inform you that we do not service our orders outside Nigeria currently.

  11. How can I change my shipping address?

    By default, the last used shipping address will be saved in your Divashop account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you want to.

  12. How can I track my orders?

    Currently, we update you about the status of the order via emails. You can also reach out to our Instagram handles @MegaGrowthNigeria & @DarlingNigeria for more.

  13. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

    Your delivery information is sent to Kwik immediately after your payment is processed, so it's difficult to change this after your order has been placed. Please enter your address details carefully!
    If you do need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. (Additional charges will apply)

  14. ​Do you sell quality products?

    Lorna Nigeria Limited and Godrej Consumer Products Nigeria design and manufacture products according to rigorous quality standards. Both Darling and Megagrowth (brands under Godrej) are established brands and Darling products have been field tested for more than 15 years. Our manufacturing plant takes quality very seriously.

  15. What is your returns policy?

    Currently, we only provide a return facility at the time of delivery due to either of the two reasons
    1. Wrong item/quantity shipped – In such a case, we will arrange for replacement
    2. Damage during transit – We will give instructions to the delivery partner to bring back the product and arrange for re-delivery.
    3. We accept returns and refunds only if the product is damaged when it is received.

    (In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. Please ask the courier person to send photo proof and mention reason as ‘Damaged order’ while returning.)

  16. Can I get a refund for my shipping costs?

    We will refund your shipping costs if the product was received due to an error on our part. For change-of-mind returns, and any other return reason that is not due to an error on our part, we do not refund shipping charges.

  17. What happens if I get charged for an order but the order doesn’t get placed successfully?

    Please do not worry if a transaction made by you does not redirect you to the order fulfilled page. In an event like this, please contact us and we will check the order status with our payment gateway partner. If we have received the payment from your side, we will process the order and you will get an update. If we have not received the money, it will be reversed to your account within the time that your bank guarantees.
